Made in a feinherb style, this leads with scents of peach, ginger and a hint of scallion. The flavors are deeper, more given to pear and golden peach, all delivered with a slight sweetness in the finish, along with a persistent gingery herbal note. Pour for twice-cooked pork. —P.J.C. (86 cases)

Light bright yellow. Incisive citrus pith and pear skin aromas give way to richer melon and peach with aeration. Nicely concentrated and energetic as well, offering juicy Anjou pear, Meyer lemon and quince flavors and a spicy ginger note. Shows very good clarity and spicy lift on a long, silky finish that echoes the pear and ginger notes.
